When entering the house there is a smell. The kitchen cupboards were filthy all around the pulls. Same with the door handle on the refrigerator. The coffee percolator definitely needs a clean.The host promptly answered our message about the heat as the house was very cold.

I truly believe the staff are not happy with their jobs!. Everyone seemed very unhappy!. No smiles at all.. spoke very sternly.
