「The view from our room was exactly as shown. The beautiful lake and mountains! We loved sitting in the evening along the waterfront enjoying the view and a glass of wine and table service. We slept beautifully in our bed and the room had all amenties. A wonderful stay.」

「My wife and I stayed here for a week at the end of September (2025). The setting is stunning and the staff exceedingly courteous and helpful. The property condition is excellent and very clean - appears to have been recently renovated. A beautiful terrace overlooking Lake Como and the mountains. Close to the Lake Como water taxi station, so convenient to get around to Bellagio, Mennagio, etc. The on-site restaurant has great food at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Hotel Helvetia.」

「My family loved staying here so much! The staff at the hotel and restaurant were all very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. We also ate lunch and dinner here a few times, and it was also great. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance as we did not rent a car. 「There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open. The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant...
