"I called and asked if this had access to the hot springs pool, the main attraction in Glenwood. They said yes, turns out it’s a different hotel. The hotel is dated, it was a disappointment. There was a group next to us that rented multiple rooms in the hotel. They were smoking and partying all night. I had to call the front desk twice to have them take care of the noise. The third time I called down they stopped answering the phone. So I walked down to the lobby at midnight. The front desk guy and I walked upstairs where he asked them to keep it down. Next night same thing. I called the desk and the girl told me we could just move rooms. I asked her “at midnight! You’re joking, isn’t there a 10pm noise policy and you advertise this as a family establishment!” I will never stay here again and will let others know"

"Breakfast menu was fair to good. IMO, items should be cooked a little more. Seating was great. Cleanliness of room was great and bed was very comfortable. Two complaints: 1) a customer left their dog in their room for hours. The dog barked and whined continually. I had audio that I provided the staff person and they rectified it very quickly. 2) we were surprised by the parking fee, which $10 isn't much, but customers should be aware prior to arriving, even during reservation time."

"The room was very clean and had a nice coffee machine! Had a safe and nice cotton robes that actually fit. The main lobby was excellent and had lovely sitting areas to relax and have a cocktail. Nice coffee shop with great bagels. Brew Pub attached and the food was nicely prepared."

"Our favorite place to stay in Glenwood Springs. Easy walk from the train station and downtown. Better than average hotel breakfast. Love it!"

"Cozy. A modest "motel" style room close walk to nearly everything, especially the hot springs. "

"There was blood stain on our sheets . And blood on one of the towels .. all they need to do is throw out and get new ones .. was kinda gross and not sanitary . Prob won’t stay there again . "
