As mentioned in other reviews, the facilities are somewhat old-fashioned, but they are well maintained. In fact, they matched the atmosphere of the town and felt like something out of a fairy tale. 「Booked a family room, amazing Bedroom with extra large double bed and original ceiling and large twin beds in separate bedroom , lovely new clean shower room.」

「Hotel is a little tired and need modernising with a refurb, but for the price I think it was a reasonable stay for one night, very close to the town centre, free parking and use of a swimming pool is a bonus.」
