Everything was great the only thing was the pull out coach was very bouncy and uncomfortable and there was a carpet beetle but other than that it was very clean and a great location honestly. Easy access to get to many places and great downtown life! And the staff was amazing super sweet and made the check in and out process super smooth

My husband & I enjoyed our stay at this location, we been here several times & its always a pleasure. This hotel is in a great location & close to many eateries. The staff was welcoming & accommodating. The room was clean & breakfast was decent. The only thing I had a problem with was the carpet, it triggered my husband's allergies but other than everything was great.

Luxurious lobby, well stocked and super clean fitness room, the suite with kitchen in the 7th floor gave a view of the water, had a full sized fridge, stove top, dishwasher, and all the pts and plates and utensils you will need! The bed wand pillows were exquisite and comfy, and the breakfast bar was tasty, had a huge selection of options, and the front desk staff were helpful. My only gripe was having to pay for parking in an off site garage behind the hotel because there was no parking garage at the hotel and no surface parking spaces.

Wish there was a pool. And more entertainment at the hotel. But there were things to do in the area… Wish And better breakfast options that At least included bacon. The pancakes seemed to be undercooked and they unplugged the waffle machines. There were loud guests with motorcycles right outside my window during quiet hours on the property and no one made them leave. But Other than that the staff was friendly, and rooms were clean.
