If you were ever in Russia in 1992, this is the comparable 4 star hotel room. It was sad and bare bones. There were NO amenities, and the check-in was super slow and full of unnecessary paperwork. Checkout was non existent. Bring your own blankets and towels. BUT, it was super clean. Husband thought bed was comfortable, but I thought it was too soft. It was inexpensive and fit the bill for what we needed.

Don’t stay here, it was nastyyy!!! I payed over 300 for two nights and it was so bad that I couldn’t even stay there. The service was terrible as well. When I checked in the lady at the desk was super rude and talked to me like I was an idiot.

Not is there no staff, but their so called “24/7” support line provided my wife no support when her door wouldn’t close or lock and had to put the coffee table in front of it to try and prevent people from coming into her room. It was a blatant safety hazard, along with the fact that the room wasn’t clean. It is fraud to claim you have 24/7 support when you ignore people asking for help because they do not feel safe. We demand a full refund

Unfortunately, I did not research this hotel more before booking. When I arrived, people were standing outside in the parking lot socializing. Upon entering my room, I found a room that was not clean -- not because it had not been cleaned, but rather because there was no way to make it clean. There was rust on the refrigerator and literally a drawer missing from the kitchenette counter. The bed was not a "real bed" but rather a "mattress on stilts". The floor was stained to the point that not only did I not want to take my socks off, I didn't even want to take my shoes off. When I went back to the front desk, they were already closed. That's right. Closed. If you had an issue that needed resolving, you probably just had to call the cops. In fact, after returning to dinner there were indeed cops outside the hotel responding to a call. It was then I there that I found another hotel to stay in, forfeiting my money. And you know what? I've never been happier to forfeit money to leave a hotel. This is an AVOID AT ALL COSTS type of hotel.
