“Ample living space for 2 families and tons of stuff for the non-baseball playing siblings along for the ride!Nice and clean and Very well stocked to accommodate.”

“The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t……

“Property is as advertised and was amazing . Perfect for a quick get away or over night visit to area. So clean and new. Everything you need. 30 minutes from colleges. Definitely recommend. Be wary as there is no cellular service in area but WiFi in cabin is great!”

“Great house for 2 families while at Cooperstown. A couple of issues that the owner addressed. The only downside and not really against the property but you cannot walk to Dreamspark so the proximity was nice but you cannot walk onto the complex.”

“Clean & very convenient to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Linens being included was a huge plus! Family friendly yard & in house activities. Would rebook this house.”

“Beautiful cabin, very accurate to the description, very clean and it’s on a beautiful lake. Would definitely recommend!”

“If we had paid $150-200 per night for this tiny house, I might not say anything. But for $440 per night, there is a huge disconnect between price and value. At that price point, I would expect to be a lot more comfortable than we were. The bed is a tiny double mattress. The water smells like sewage, no bottled water was offered, and there is nowhere nearby to buy water, so we were very thirsty. Bathroom tile was mildewy, toilet was not fully cleaned and the bathroom floor was constantly……

“Samantha was great to work with. In addition to linens and cookware, the rental has a portable crib, games, puzzles, books, and umbrellas for those rainy baseball days!”

“Wonderful stay for our time in Cooperstown. Pool was great for kids. 8 min drive to town and 10 to dreams park”

“Clean house and host was in contact to make sure we had all we needed. Place was all set up for pets. Stayed with our son and daughter in law for a family weekend. It is up the mountain some. It does have a steeper driveway. Son and daughter in law enjoyed the screened in balcony to watch sunrise over the mountain in the morning.”

“Perfect pet friendly host for our Cooperstown Village experience. We had a great week!”
