Felt very pedestrian.. Vibe was sort of off, not terrible but didn’t feel like they really embodied a true relaxation spa atmosphere. Felt somewhat hasty and geared towards groups as an activity vs. a true wellness experience. Went alone, there were a bunch of bridal parties, poor noise control, staff seemed stressed, lots of towels/ used cups left around, shower stalls had gross silicone anti slip mats that I felt made it more slippery. The water walk was a good experience but very basic hydrothermal circut that had so much more potential for elevation. For the price, there are better alternatives if you’re looking for a good zen experience.

The room didn’t look clean when I opened the door. There was dust everywhere. Didn’t seem like the carpet was vacuumed. We were in an outdated room paying the same price as others from our cheer team who got renovated rooms. The toilet seat in the bathroom wasn’t even the same size as the toilet. My kids couldn’t enjoy the pool for the weekend because the chlorine levels were so high. The chemical fumes were extremely strong and that’s a health and safety issue. My children’s skin was red for hours. Other children were coughing just as bad, to the point where they were puking and couldn’t control it. Definitely was hoping for a better experience for the price I paid. We were so busy I didn’t get a chance to take pictures, but I did take a photo of the toilet when I got there. We had to park a mile away to get to our room because the parking lot still had snow piles that weren’t pushed back enough.

The only issues I had when I called before our arrival to make sure our room had a microwave and fridge, I was told it also had a dishwasher. We were in room 4409 and no dishwasher. The place is nice and clean, pool was great we will be back.

1 king bed rm- $262 for 1 night. I felt ripped right off. The bathroom: no counter at all. The floor actually felt sloped. The shower tile must have been slapped on, could see a lot of uneven, bulging areas. And the shower fixture was an absolute joke. There was a pull out make up mirror but was useless because the ring light was so dim. For the rest of the room in general: The paint job was horrendous- you could see missed spots, scuffs on walls, doors, baseboards. Literally looks like they must hire immigrants in the summer to do this “handy work” because whoever did any of that work had no idea what they were doing. The room was outdated: the tv and alarm clock were old. Couldn’t even connect my phone to listen to music. The staff were unremarkable. No welcome, no how was your stay? Barely a smile when checking in/out. Not rude, but not great. The only good thing about my stay was the clean linen. It smelled clean and fresh and was soft, pillows were nice. Bed wasn’t the greatest but it was comfortable enough. Will I go back there? Absolutely not, and I won’t recommend it.

Stayed in room 4119. In the 24 hours we were there, we were not able to get hot water at any point during the stay in our room. Unable to shower for dinner which was a planned surprise party. A semi formal event. VERY disappointed in our stay.

It's impossible to book an appointment for the spa, unless you do it way in advance. They have a 2 for 1, Tuesday deal, but I've tried twice to use it now, and they never have any room, and take forever to call you back. They don't seem to pick up the phone much. Pool & Hot Tub are good!
