This was perfect for our short stay. Clean, with everything we needed. Close enough to town to walk to the many things to do, but far enough to not hear them - very peaceful.

Just what we needed

Love the little place we stayed at small and comfy. We enjoyed Grafton and just needed a clean place to rest our heads. This was our first experience with VRBO. No problems at all.

Grafton

Good location. Very clean. Only complaint is the noise. You can hear everything the upstairs neighbors do. Lots of children stomping and running. No way to take an afternoon nap.
