I booked this hotel in advance for my trip. After a long day of travel, I expected a Super 8 by WYNDHAM would have been a blessing to walk into. I was completely wrong. I had to get the front desk clerks attention when I first walked in. Then when my kids and I got to our room, the first thing we noticed was how the floor wasn’t clean, and the desk was dirty and sticky. The sheets seemed to be fine, upon first glances. At the end of the day we were just planning to shower and sleep at the hotel anyway. Upon entering the bathroom, there was dried pee on the toilet seat!!! You could tell the toilet hadn’t even been wiped down. If that wasn’t cleaned, lord only knows how they wash their linens. It was a no for me. We went to check out instead. I told the front desk clerk who checked us in that we were checking out. I asked for managements information and he told me because it was third party I had to talk to Expedia. Okay no biggie. I forgot my son’s monitor and he called, told me to come get it. When I get back to the hotel he slaps the key card on the desk, says go get the monitor out of the room. If I could give NO stars, everything would have it. He didn’t even apologize or ask what was wrong. Just stared at me like a deer in headlights. As a Wyndham affiliate, how embarrassing that you allow your name on that! You should care about the MOTELS too, because that’s exactly what this property is!
