In a residence very close to the center and the beach with a swimming pool (open from June to September), a tennis court, a club house, F3 apartment, air-conditioned, equipped for 6 people: a entrance, a living room (sofa sofa bed and 2 single beds in drawer) with kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, electric hob, refrigerator, a bedroom (double bed), a bedroom (convertible sofa) opening onto a large balcony, a bathroom water and separate toilet. For your bikes there is a shared bike room at your disposal. Your vehicle will find its place in the residence's private parking lot.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
