Charming new apartment in a beautiful villa a few steps from the center

  • It is an air-conditioned apartment, entirely created in 2016, furnished and decorated for the comfort of guests with high-end services and equipment. Ideally located, a 5-minute walk from the TGV station (300 meters) and the historic city center, the accommodation is completely independent. It consists of a modern fully equipped kitchen open to the living / dining room with direct access to the private terrace, two bedrooms: one with a 160X200 bed and the other with two 90X200 beds that can be assembled to make a 180X200 king size bed. Each bedroom has its adjoining private bathroom with walk-in shower and basin as well as a bathroom, one of which is separate. You have two private parking spaces on the closed property, access to the garden shared with the owner. Baby equipment will be provided free of charge on request (bed with mattress protector and fitted sheet, bathtub, changing mat, high chair and mixer). Come and enjoy Colmar, its museums, Little Venice, its events and its restaurants. We will guide you as you wish and send you our best addresses!

Het appartement ligt in een rustige buurt en op 15 min loopafstand van het centrum waar veel restaurants zijn. Colmar is een hele leuke plaats!

Is appartement aan de achterkant van een mooi herenhuis. Rustige straat, eigen parkeerplaats op het terrein. 2 stuks slaapkamers met ieder eigen was- en toiletruimte. Ruime kamer met airco. Slaapkamers ook ieder eigen airco. Alles op 10 minuten lopen van de oude stad. Prima verblijf. Wij bevelen het aan.

Our family of four very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosa. We stayed there for 4 nights. It’s very clean, spacious, and the location is excellent with only a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Colmar. Somesh was not there but gave us easy instructions to check in and check out and was very responsive every time I had a question. It was nice to sit out on the terrace and enjoy the garden. We also really appreciated the wine and cake left for us, the use of their washer and dryer, as well as all of the recommendations for restaurants and places to see. Hopefully we will make it back to Colmar and would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend Villa Rosa!

My husband and I had a great stay in the apartment. Everything was super clean, location is very convenient to walk around center of Colmar, beds were comfortable. The hosts were super nice and even brought us local treat so we can have it for dinner!

Host was extremely welcoming and we really appreciated the wine and cookies upon arrival. The house was easy to find and perfect fit for two adults and two kids. The kitchen was very well stocked and parking was easy. Laundry facilities (shared) were very appreciated! The location was ideal for walking to the Christmas markets and for traveling around the area. We had an amazing 3 night stay in Colmar and if we came back this is definitely where we would stay.

One of the best apartments we ever stayed! Big thank you to amazing hosts who are extremely friendly, caring and super nice people. The apartment is within walking distance from Colmar center but away the tourist crowd. Feels like you are local. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable stay with a very functional kitchen. Somesh, the owner, was exceptionally welcoming and gracious. Their apartment was centrally located so that there was an easy walk to town and the rail station.

Lovely apartment ideal for two couples. Spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Parking if needed. Within walking distance of everything vieux Colmar has to offer.

Beautiful Colmar

Situated at the back of a beautiful Colmar villa with views and access to a terrace and city garden plus easy parking its perfect. Gives you a real sense of living in the city. Very nicely furnished and setup. Location couldn’t be better 5-10 min walk to the central streets and tourist spots plus excellent host. One of our favourite stays.

At the top of the list...

We've stayed at many VRBOs in different countries, and Villa Rosa joins the top of the list. Its location is superb, just 6 minutes walk away from the train station and buses, clean, comfortable, roomy, quiet. It checks all the boxes! Plus, our hosts Somesh and Rose were over-the-top welcoming and thoughtful. We're looking forward to a return visit.

A fantastic place to stay

Somesh's property was immaculate - clean, welcoming and very convenient for our time in Colmar. Somesh was very accommodating during the check in process and I always felt well informed and supported. Thank you Somesh and Rose for a fantastic few days in Colmar.

Appartement tres bien situé, à proximité du centre ville. Voiture garée dans la cour.Appartement tres propre. On ne manque de rien. Mise a disposition le necessaire pour un enfant en bas age. (Lit parapluie, chaise haute, matelas à langer et meme petite baignoire)Les propriétaires sont tres gentils et accueillants. Cadeaux de bienvenue. (Produits de la region qui sont tres bons).
