I booked a Junior Suit for 4 nights and on the website it mentioned that the room is over 400 sq ft with a double bed and a sofa bed. However, when we checked in such room is around 300 sq ft and there were only two single beds. I immediately requested to change the room as not only the room size but also the beds are not enough for my family. However, the staff refused and claimed all the rooms are occupied. She just promised to ask her colleague to follow up on my request on the second day.
On the second day, the staff said it's not possible for changing my room but agreed to change the bed into a double bed and add an additional bed for me.
However, in the end, what I got was a trolley bed and a "double bed" that they just used double bed beddings to cover the two single beds and make it into a double bed.
