"Arrivée tardive sur l'établissement, tout était prêt avec ma clé qui m'attendait sur le comptoir, mais pour pouvoir rentrer dasn l'établissement il y avait une porte à code et je n'ai pas eu de message pour me donner le code... Heureusement que mon collègue lui l'avait reçu. Si j'avais été seul je ne serais pas rentré dans l'établissement. c'est sasn doute un oubli malheureux..."

"Hotel alles wie im Internet beschrieben. Bei der Ankunft wusste niemand von unserer Reservierung obwohl wir 2 schriftliche Bestätigungen hatten. Nach ca 20 min kam die Chefin, die zuerst auch etwas ratlos wirkte…..wir bekamen dann unser Zimmer wie gebucht. Es war sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Wir konnten unser Abendessen auf der Terrasse einnehmen mit einem tollen Blick über das ganze Tal. Ein sehr kurzweiliger Service hat uns die anfänglichen Probleme schnell vergessen lassen.
