「Staff were friendly and kindly let us use the swimming pool before we checked in. The outside space was great for the children and there was plenty to do. Unfortunately the capucine room we stayed in was not the best. It felt like the bathroom floor was going to give way at any moment. The shower head was too big for the holder and the shower leaked on the floor. The mattress is rock hard and the pillows are tiny so you may want to bring your own. Plenty of parking and a shot walk to town」

「Our check-in was not smooth...we arrived at 1pm after a very long flight then a train from Zurich to Strasburg, so up almost 24 hours. We went to the front desk and was brusquely told by the woman we could not check-in until 3pm.
