Superb Hotel, Superb Location, Superb Staff, Superb Communication, Superb Accomodation. In one word, Superb. We have stayed here twice and recommended on numerous occasions.

The property was quiet and clean and had all the requirements for a comfortable stay. We only stayed one night but it was like we were the only ones staying. Very good black out curtains and polite staff helped make the stay even better. We would stay again if we visited that area again. Value for money.

convenient location

If you have a car this is a very convenient spot to stay. It is close enough to enjoy what Epernay has to offer without having to compete for a parking space. It is a very quiet area and a great spot to base yourself if you are interested in exploring the vineyards and villages in the Champagne region. There is also a Lidl store just around the corner, within walking distance.

We had a lovely little stay. We stayed in a 2 person studio and it was just what we wanted. We are never in the room for long, just to basically get our head down and fuel up. It was in an excellent location which considering we never plan anything until we get to our hotel was really great! Questions we had, the manager and reception stuff did their very best to answer and accommodate with recommendations. The bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept on.

Whilst a good walk out of Epernay town there was a bakery & supermarket a short walk away. Very well priced property & helpful staff. Sadly no champagne glasses in the room! A range of champagne to buy from reception should you run out!

I loved that it was a one-bedroom apartment that was fully equipped with all of the necessities. The entire apartment and building were spotless. The staff was accommodating and spoke English. The building also had laundry available. The only improvement I'd make was the bed. It was rather uncomfortable and low to the floor. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this hotel.

bonjour; j'ai été très dèçue .étant de mariage dans les environs;nous sommes rentrer tard. dans la nuit .zone très peu éclairée, nous avons fait trois arret pour trouverl e le bon bâtiment .En plus j avais précisé lors de ma réservation des lits jumeaux et j ai eu un lit double. au matin je descend pour rendre la carte de la chambre surprise pas de réseption je m informe , elle est à l autre bout du bâtiment ok. j avais indiqué à la réservation personne âgée...(j aurai aimèe avoir une Chambre plus près de la resception et pas a l autre extrêmitèe avec une réservation de plusieurs jours avance) le chauffeur qui ma déposé la veille n étant pas encore arrivè et ne pouvant pas faire à pied la distance pour allez à resception et pas de tel dans la chambre ,un numéro sur la carte de la chambre je n'est pas réussie à. contacter. très mauvais passage dans votre établissement.
