「Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben: geräumig, modern und sehr sauber – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Alles war liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Vermieter: äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. 「Lage direkt am Deutschen Tor, sehr zentral, eine Parkgarage fussläufig erreichbar. Die Whg war in der 3. Etage ohne Aufzug. Ein Französischer Balkon war dabei. An sich war alles OK. Die Räume sind nacheinander eingereiht wie im Zug. Die Toilette auf einem Ende und der Waschbecken an einem anderen Ende der Wohnung. Somit durchläuft man die Küche und das Wohnzimmer um die Hände zu waschen. In der Küche lässt sich die Spülmaschine nur im ca 65 Grad Winkel öffnen - sonst rammt man mit deren Tür die...

「Accueil du propriétaire très agréable. Appartement très bien situé,restauré avec goût, en duplex. Escalier avec des marches irrégulières et un peu difficile. Appartement très calme et clair donnant sur une cour intérieure avec parking privatif. Nous avons eu une longue conservation avec le propriétaire au sujet du parking, car dans l'annonce il n'était indiqué à aucun moment qu'il était payant.Privatif ne veux pas dire payant sinon on donne le prix de la nuitée du parking dans l'annonce.
