Le séjour était très bien. On a apprécié le logement, la situation du logement directement dans le centre de Colmar et toutes les possibilitées des excursions dans l'Alsace. La communications avec Carine était très bien et elle très servirable. Nous sommes très content.

Top Lage, Wohnung flop
Colmar ist wunderschön! Leider ist die Wohnung mehr als runter gekommen: Bettwäsche war zum Teil nicht vorhanden, einfach alte decken. Uns war nicht klar, ob sie gewaschen wurden. Handtücher im einem nicht akzeptablen Zustand, über Badezimmer und Sauberkeit darf man gar nicht reden. Besteck in der Küche nicht zumutbar, sowie die Sauberkeit an sich. Wir sind früher gefahren, konnten dort kaum schlafen und essen. So etwas darf einfach nicht vermietet werden. Die Gastgeberin wurde informiert und hat sich dazu nicht geäußert. Es war kein schöner Urlaub, niemand von uns wollte in diese Wohnung hin.

Charming and convenient
This charming little apartment is in the heart of Old Town Colmar. It was an easy walk from the train station and extremely convenient to shops and restaurants. Great communication from our host. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay:)

Süsse kleine Alstadtwohnung für einen kurztripp. Sehr nette Besitzerin. Top Lage, mitten im Zentrum. Mit Lift. Einzig das Bett dürfte mal erneuert werden, war sehr unbequem.

Fantastisk beliggenhed
Ferieboligen ligger meget centralt i Colmar. Størrelsen var fin til 2 nætter, og havde alt hvad vi havde brug for. Kunne godt trænge til lidt fornyelse og en god rengøring i skabe og skuffer. Det hele så lidt træt og slidt ud. Ellers et dejligt sted og fantastisk service.

Schnucklige Wohnung, sauber und in super zentraler Lage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu fünft ist es etwas eng, aber für ein langes Wochenende in Ordnung. Gerne wieder 👍🙂

Excellent séjour au gite zum harzala
Nous étions 2 adultes et deux enfants de 3 et 6 ans, durant une petite semaine, dans cet appartement situé en face de la maison des Têtes à proximité de tout. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, heureusement qu il n a pas fait trop chaud car cela aurait été très difficile à supporter malgrés les deux ventilateurs à disposition dans le gite. Cuisine fonctionnelle et bien fournie (une petite réserve épicerie vraiment appréciable !), à L étage une salle de bain avec baignoire et également des petits produits d hygiène à disposition, une belle chambre qui permet de ne pas se marcher dessus à 4. Immeuble et voisinage très calme. Nous y avons été très bien et avons passé de très belles vacances en famille 🙂

Comfortable and well appointed
Nice appartment and feels more "homey" than the photo's show. Four large windows have a wonderful view of the Maison des Tetes. Hansi and the Unterlinden museums are very very close. Everything is close! Monoprix supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and many eateries nearby as well as beautiful shops to browse. Elevator is a bonus. The appartment has the main bedroon and bathroom upstairs and a pull out sofa-bed, living space and kitchen downstairs. Good wifi and heating. There are brochures in the appartment in varied languages to assist with planning your time. Carine was very welcoming and responded promptly to our text messages on the day of our arrival. Thanks for a very pleasant stay in Colmar :-)

Great location, everything you need
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Colmar. The apartment is located on the first floor and it's an easy ride up the elevator. The apartment is located a short walk from the historic Petite Venice area. The apartment includes everything you'd expect from a rental or hotel. The bed even had a top sheet which we haven't found at many stays outside of the U.S. :) While in the apartment, we didn't hear any noise from any other tenants. From the bedroom you hear noise from the street outside, but that's because the streets/sidewalks are cobblestone so everything is much louder. It wasn't a problem at all, though. Carine responded quickly to all communication and we would definitely stay here again.

Estupendo apartamento dúplex
Céntrico, amplio salón comedor, dúplex con dormitorio grande y cuarto de baño. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Carinne es encantadora. Estuvimos dos adultos y dos niñas de 10 años. Calidad-precio magnífica. Lo recomiendo.

Séjour agréable juillet 2017
Nous avons passé une semaine tres agréable dans un appartement très bien situé à Colmar dans la vieille ville très jolie. Cela nous a permis de découvrir le charme des petites villes avoisinantes avec les maisons a colombages. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. A refaire pour les fêtes de noël.

Das Appartement befindet sich im ersten Stock eines schnuckeligen alten Hauses mitten im Zentrum von Colmar. Man kann alles sehenswerte zu Fuss erreichen, was wir sehr schätzten. Das Appartement selbst erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und ist stilvoll und hübsch eingerichtet und ausserdem sehr sauber. Ein Dankeschön an die nette Gastgeberin für den schönen Kurzurlaub in Colmar und Umgebung.

Goed vertoeven in Colmar
Woning maakt verzorgde indruk. Uitzicht op Maisson de Tetes is prachtig. Is een goede locatie om Colmar te bezoeken. Wat verbetert kan worden is de stoelen aan de eettafel deze zitten niet prettig. Op de slaap-zitbank ga je niet snel met 3 personen zitten. Dus een extra relax stoeltje is welkom. Slaapkamer is ruim, de woonzitkamer wat krap. Prima douche en bad.

דירה נחמדה מאוד, מרכזית ומומלצת
הגענו לחמישה לילות בתקופת ירידי חג המולד. קולמר יפה ומומלצת. הדירה נמצאת קצת יותר מ-10 דקות הליכה מתחנת הרכבת של העיר (Gare de Colmar). הדירה מרכזית אך לא צמודה ל"ונציה הקטנה" אלא באזור קצת אחר (דקה הליכה מבית הכלבו monoprix הכולל גם סופרמרקט ומהרכבות הירוקה והלבנה המסיירות בעיר). הדירה הייתה נקייה, מתוחזקת היטב, מורכבת משתי קומות קטנות (הראשונה סלון ומטבח קטן, והשנייה חדר שינה ואמבטיה-שירותים). המטבח קטן מאוד אך מתוכנן היטב ומאובזר. בסך הכל יופי של דירה. יש מעלית בבניין אך הדירה עצמה מחולקת לשתי קומות עם מדרגות. בעיה אחת מטרידה בהחלט - מלאי המים החמים די מוגבל (פחות מ-20 דקות מים זורמים). למשפחה של 3-4 נפשות זה גבולי מאוד ואחרי שסיימתם את המלאי המים נשארים קרים מאוד עד הבוקר. מבאס. מעבר לבעיה הזו הדירה הייתה ראויה בהחלט לחמישה כוכבים...

Für den Preis und die Lage in der Altstatdt ist die Wohnung ok, wobei das Wohnzimmer etwas klein und dunkel ist. Lästig sind die Außengeräusche(Straße) , so dass ich nachts nur mit geschl. Fenstern und Ohrstöpseln schlafen konnte.. Sehr nett, freundlich und herzlich ist die Vermieterin Carene Hanauer.

Wunderschönes Appartement, liebevoll eingerichtet, zentral gelegen, sehr freundliche Vermieterin!
Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in Colmar und können das Appartement, das sich in einem wunderschönen Fachwerkhaus mit Klappläden befindet, sehr empfehlen. Obwohl das Haus mitten in der Altstadt liegt, war es nachts relativ ruhig. Der Wohnraum ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Das Bett ist auch für sehr große Menschen wie uns bequem. Zusätzlich zu den "normalen" Annehmlichkeiten gab es sogar selbstgemachte Marmelade! Die Vermieterin, spricht gut deutsch und ist sehr freundlich (MERCI, Carine!!!) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous sommes enchanté de notre séjour. Nous avons passé 3 jours durant le marché de Noel. Colmar est très charmante en été et surtout pendant lAvent.Tout est joliment décoré et illuminé. C était un conte de fées. Aussi appartement de propriétaire a été décoré pour la fete. Appartement propre et bien équipé, idéalement situé en plein centre ville. Merci pour les petites attentions/ confitures maison, fruits, café, thé/. C était très agréable. Une documentation touristique et des magasines sont mis a disposition. Nous recommandons.

Zentrumsnahe helle zweigeschossige Wohnung
Toller Empfang mit einem Obstkorb. Die Lage ist Super. Genug Raum auf 2 Stockwerken mit den Grundbedürfnissen für 2 Erwachsene und Kleinkind. Vom Hauptbahnhof gut zu erreichen. Parkplatz für Auto muss man immer außerhalb der Altstadt suchen, hat aber geklappt. Wohnung zur Straße etwas hellhörig. Fenster offen nicht immer möglich (Müllabfuhr :-) ). Von anderen Wohnungen haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Kommen gerne wieder. Colmar hat eine tolle Altstadt und schöne Geschäfte zum Einkaufen.
