Located in Colmar in the historic center named ,, La petite Venise ,, this apartment in an Alsatian house with two rooms, 36 square meters comfortable will suit you perfectly for a stay as a couple, with family or with friends in this city well appreciated -of borders. you will have everything nearby and on foot. we will be at your disposal to indicate the best places and places to visit and enjoy. near ski slopes (about 35km) EuropaPark 40mnt. the district of Little Venice was once the district near the market gardeners of the city and where there were different artisans and traders.
in the apartment you will find all the necessary and useful documentation for your stay and deepen your knowledge.

The station is a 15 minute walk maximum. the nearest airport (Basel / Mulhouse) 40 minutes from Colmar. shuttles are made available by the city to go to the most typical villages. various parking lots are nearby if you are by car

It's a very nice apartment but unfortunately there were two big problems. First, being situated on the 3rd floor, it was stifilingly hot and the ventalator fans provided were highly insufficient. Secondly, as a result of tghe heat we were obliged to sleep with the windows open at night but then the loud noises of people talking & laughing from the street below was almost non-stop. On saturday night, it woke us up at 03h00 in the morning !

Die Lage ist wirklich optimal und zentral. Man kann alles, was Colmar an besonderen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten hat, zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Das Bad ist modern, die Küche verfügt über eine gute Einrichtung und das Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind wie beschrieben.Die Info, dass man 60 Treppenstufen vor sich hat, hat mir bei der Beschreibung gefehlt.Außerdem war die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet, jedoch gab es keine Möglichkeit mitgebrachte Lebensmittel irgendwo unterzubringen (außer im Kühlschrank).Ein Tipp wäre noch, dass es zum kleinen Parkplatz nebenan der meistens belegt war und außerdem für 24 Stunden sehr teuer ist, eine Alternative gibt: in 700 m Entfernung gibt es ein Parkhaus (Rue St. Josse),wo man tatsächlich nur 3 Euro für 24 Stunden bezahlt.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und werden die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter empfehlen mit der Bitte, meine genannten Infos in die Beschreibung mit einzubauen.Sabine

Highly recommended accommodation
We stayed there for 3 nights and it exceeded our expectations. Accommodation with all needs covered and right in the centre of Colmar! The owners were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Muy bonito el apartamento y si vas con niños hay muchos juegos y libros para colorear que Nadir y Antonia les tienen preparados.Las vistas muy bonitas,limpio,acogedor y en la petit venice!!!justo debajo con un mercadillo navideño precioso!!Para mejorar diría que las sábanas y edredones del sofá cama,y las toallas que olían mucho a humedad y estaban algo viejas.

Charming and cozy
