a great location in a fantasy town

this was a great/lucky choice. customer service is mediocre but the apartment could not have been better for a family of four (two teenagers). location is fantastic.

Fantastic Rental!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this apartment! The property management was so easy to work with and check in was simple. The location is right in the heart of town and walking distance to practically everything. The apartment is beautiful inside, very well taken care of, and clean. Having a parking space was also such an added bonus. The parking spot is very small, so be aware of that ahead of time. We stayed here with our newborn baby and our 18 month old and had no issues with anything during our stay. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future!!

Finding entry to the parking space was a complete nightmare. It took over an hour. The map provided in the apartment didn't match the directions on the property website and the video provided was in French which unfortunately didn't help. When we called the property management company, they didn't know the area so couldn't help us either. We eventually had to park on the street and walk around looking for it. The apartment is lovely, spacious, quiet and convenient but I wouldn't recommend it in the summer as there is no air conditioning. We had to rent a hotel room across the street for two nights because we were so hot. Also, the wood floor wasn't cleaned.
