The Schaeffer apartment is perfect for a stay with family or friends in the heart of downtown Colmar. With its 80 m², it offers a comfortable and well-equipped space. Located near the main attractions, you will easily enjoy the half-timbered houses, Little Venice and local restaurants. The apartment is bright and combines traditional charm with modern touches for a pleasant stay.



The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building located 1 rue des clefs, with elevator (You can reserve several apartments in this building). Entrance to the building is also possible via “2 grand’rue”.



It consists

a living/dining room area with television and a double sofa bed,

a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),

a separate toilet,

a bathroom with bathtub,

a bedroom with a double bed



The apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator.



The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid on-street parking area by meter is available nearby.

The Montagne Verte public car park is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 650 spaces underground (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).

You have the possibility to reserve private parking spaces within a radius of 500m around the accommodation. These places are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is required. Price from 12€ per night, per place.

You can reserve a space in a secure bike room in a neighboring building (100m away).



The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (This equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to take bed linen for the baby bed, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or to reserve the “baby bed linen” option at an additional cost.



House rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.



Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for €30. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs.



For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.

For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to reserve a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and the dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.



You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
