Excellent stay

It was a great stay. We managed to check in early and the staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was fantastic.

Good value, well located hotel, comfortable rooms

Stayed two nights. Comfortable room, decent night's sleep, on fifth floor. Check in was not as smooth as I would have hoped, staff member seemed rather grumpy and not all that helpful. Other staff encountered were complete opposite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was reasonably priced and good selection available. Hotel is located about 10 minutes ride from the centre of the city on the S-Bahn, which is about 10 minutes walk. I would say this is a good choice for a couple of nights stay, reasonable price for what it is and if you want a comfortable, no frills hotel, within easy reach of the city centre, then this is ideal.

What we needed for two nights

Roadworks outside meant we couldn’t access the car park. Had to ask the workman if we could enter and they made way. Would have been nice to be told beforehand. Lady on desk said we couldn’t get access. Rooms are compact for 4 of us but clean and well equipped. Air con isn’t very strong but helped a bit.

Cheap and cheerful

Cham and basic accommodation. I had a terrible smell in the bathroom but despite reporting it never got attended too. The self check didn't work when it came to paying the local tax so had to wait for staff. You get what you pay for

An sich mittelmäßig und im Rahmen dessen, was man erwarten kann. Allerdings Schimmel über dem Fenster. Offensichtlich schon länger dort. Spannend, dass man ein solches Zimmer weiterhin anbietet und die Gesundheitsgefährdung in Kauf nimmt.

Personal sehr nett und besonders hilfsbereit. Bad könnte etwas sauberer gehalten werden (siehe Ecken und Dusche). Umgebung nachts Richtung Autohändler unruhig. Frühstück wie erwartet gut.

Der wirklich sehr kleine Fernseher hat leider keinerlei Smart-Funktionalitäten und hat sich bei uns häufig aufgehangen, sodass wir keinerlei Streaming-Dienste in Anspruch nehmen konnten. Das Zimmer hat leider keinen Mülleimer gehabt, so musste man alles im Bad sammeln, da dort ein kleiner stand. Auch die Wände schienen sehr dünn, da man teilweise "normale" Gespräche nachvollziehen konnte von neben an. Rezeption super freundlich, Check-In & Check-Out reibungslos, Sauberkeit okay, Klimaanlage im Zimmer ein großes Plus. Keinerlei Minibar oder Kühlschrank für eigene Dinge.

Ansich eine sehr gute Unterkunft für eine Nacht. Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten die ich zu bemängeln habe. Das Bett sehr laut geknatscht und die Kissen waren jetzt nicht die besten. Das Badezimmer war schön sauber, aber etwas mehr Licht in der Dusche wäre zum Vorteil gewesen. Was das für ein piepen im Badezimmer war, weiß ich nicht.

Das Familienzimmer mi 4 Personen passte für eine Übernachtung aber länger wäre unangenehm, da sehr klein. Preis/Leistung passte daher nicht wirklich. Außerdem gab es Probleme beim Checkin mit der Expedia-Buchung. Personal war aber freundlich.
