Very clean and newly renovated. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were a bit cramped, the bathroom smelled like rotting broccoli the whole time (not from us), and the parking was limited unless you were willing to pay €13.

Wir haben das Hotel zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Fußläufig zur LanxessArena ca 10 min. Also ideal für Konzertbesuche oder andere Veranstaltungen.

Praktische Unterkunft, wenn man ein Konzert in der LANXESS Arena besucht. Wir durften netterweise schon eine Stunde vorher einchecken aber das Zimmer in Richtung der Zuggleise war leider nur mit geschlossen Fenster nutzbar. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, was ich von B&B eigentlich anders gewohnt bin. Das Personal war sehr überfordert das Essen zeitnah nachzulegen, daher hat man im ersten Moment das genommen, was vorrätig war. Der Aufschnitt und die Aufstriche waren schon leicht angetrocknet und sahen nicht mehr ganz so ansprechend aus. Für einen großen Ansturm an Menschen sollte man besser gewappnet sein.

Boendet ligger precis vid en brandstation.så der var en del oljud vid utryckningar. Ligger annars bra till om man ska till arenan. Köpte till frukost för 4 personer men när vi skulle äta var det bara betalat för 3, trots att tjejen i receptionen påtalade 4 frukost. Vi köpte till en så alla fick äta men det blir itriterat när en ska börja diskutera såna saker direkt på morgonen och sänker såväl humör som betyg på boendet

Super Lage zur Innenstadt & Öffies, zwar rel. kleine, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels gut geschnittene und durchdacht und modern ausgestattete Zimmer, mit Klimaanlage (im obersten Stock), so dass es bei der Sommerhitze auch nachts erträglich war!) und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit sonntags spätererAuscheck-Zeit als sonst oft üblich - und das zu erschwinglichem Preis! Was will man mehr?!

Für einen Kurztrip sehr gut. Wir haben eine Veranstaltung in der Lanxess Arena besucht. Das Hotel ist fußläufig ca 8 min von der Arena entfernt. Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Gerne buchen wir dieses Hotel nochmal.

Gute Anbindung zur LanxessArena und zum Bahnhof, Hotel liegt allerdings an der Hauptstraße. Automat zum Einchecken im Hotel hat nicht funktioniert, zum Glück war die Rezeption besetzt und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit .

The hotel, staff and facilities were okay. In the morning one of their staff members opened our door with master key card. He abruptly went back when he saw us in the room. It was 08:30 in the morning clearly not the time after checkout. This made us feel unsafe. The toilet was clean but it was too smelly that you can't even breathe inside.
