The entrance was difficult Ulf. We are a bit older and had trouble with our luggage using the steps. The ramp was nice, but had no railings to use it safely. The rooms were wonderful, clean, and comfortable.

Was under refurbishment so was understandable why it did not look the best when first walking in. But the inside, rooms and view was brilliant. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Very close to the city centre, train station and BayArena too!

Das Hotel ist weiterhin in Renovierungsarbeiten. Daher keine Möglichkeit zum Frühstück, Pool, o.ä. Ansonsten dauber, gut gelegen und ruhig. Renovierte Zummer sehr schön.

Baustelle, Bahn zu laut hotel hat keine Frühstück oder andere speisen zur Wahl. Also leider nur befriedigend Zimmer war ok hatten auch ein kleines minibar zur Verfügung Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist in Ordnung.

Poor
Room was in poor state, very badly stained carpets, ripped curtains, awful marked bathroom sink, etc..... The fridge didnt work (fixed next day), the coffee machine didnt work, despite reporting it each day for 3 days. On the 4th day l unplugged it and took it to the reception desk and asked for another one, which then arrived, but no coffee with it! Was told l should come to their front desk every day and they would give me one coffee pod! Room service left used cups and glasses, too. Btw .... was unable to post photos with this review, otherwise all above could be shown! Should have believed the other reviews!

Redelijke prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Hotel wordt gerenoveerd / staat in steigers. Muffe zwembad achtige lucht in gemeenschappelijke ruimten. Vanwege verbouwing geen restaurant mogelijkheden, etc. Kamer was nog niet gerenoveerd, maar verder wel prima: niet muf, goede badkamer, prima bedden.

Prima hotel alleen jammer dat er een restaurant bij zit. Voor je avond eten of ontbijt moet je naar het tegenoverliggende winkelcentrum Een mooi winkelcentrum maar het blijft een flop dat je eerst het hotel uit moet om iets te kunnen eten

Renovierung notwendig - ist aber in Arbeit
Das Hotelzimmer an sich ist renovierungsbedürftig, was das Hotel ja anscheinend nach und nach umsetzt. Es sind im Bad keinerlei Steckdosen vorhanden. Der Föhn lässt auf der 2. Stufe funken. Das Fenster ließ sich gar nicht kippen, es war soooo warm in dem Zimmer - kaum auszuhalten, aufgeblieben ist das Fenster auch nicht, mussten die Stehlampe oder einen Gegenstand dazwischen stellen. Keine Klima.... hoffe das wird bei der Renovierung berücksichtigt. Wenigstens einen Ventilator hat man bereits laufen lassen, ein Fenster das man nicht kippen kann unmöglich. Dann haben wir ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten gebucht, das 2. "Bett" war eine Schlafcouch, normalerweise kein Problem wenn es eine Ebene wäre, das Kopfteil war so schräg das man theoretisch kein Kissen braucht. Genick- und Schulterschmerzen vorprogrammiert. An der Rezeption beim auschecken wurde man - wie es normalerweise in einem Hotel übrig ist - noch nicht mal gefragt wie denn der Aufenthalt war. Checkin super, netter Kontakt - checkout total desinteressiert kam der Mitarbeiter mir vor. Top Lage, gerne wieder, aber nur wenn die Renovierung fertig ist. :-)

Spacy room with comfortable beds, the hotel had some renovation during our stay so no breakfast available. Friendly staff, close to shops, restaurants and Bay Arena. We liked it!
