“The staff forgot to put a blanket or comforter on our bed. Went to the front desk and they had a sign on the counter to call this number if no one was there. I wanted to talk to someone from the staff to make sure that they knew what was missing. In retrospect I wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t be charged for the missing cover. I called the phone number to the hotel and briefly talked to a worker. I told her of the mishap and that she would speak to the manager. She took my phone number and……

“Place was excessively dirty. Water in the bathroom couldn’t reach warm temperature. I practically had to break the handle over to the left to get a little bit of warm water. The same with the shower all of a sudden you wood wind up getting a blast of cold water. ”

“Waiting the fire alarm and flood for nearly one hour and very hard to get asleep again.”

“2nd time staying here. Summer and Fall and both were both wonderful!. Sulfur smell from well water persists but wasn't a big deal”

“Our only problem was not being able to get local sporting games on the tv. The sone did come over and try to help us . So we ended up watching on computers and Ipads”
