"Loved the variety of breakfast, felt very safe in the area. Easy to walk to Multiplaza and great pick up location for the uber. The hotel is also close to other restaurants around the corner and cafe. The rooms were cleaned daily after we left, water replenished towels as well once we place them in a pick up spot. Great view, will stay again"

"Recepción muy poco amables 🙁aparentan que están tomando en serio su trabajo pero no lo hacen tienes que requerir 2 o 3 veces por el mismo motivo 🙁en el desayuno todo el personal muy amable y atento 👍el la picina la señorita Geraldin siempre atenta y amable con sorisas atendiendo a todos🌞 El joven Rodrigo de animación siempre muy atento y mantenido el ambiente con mucha alegría todo el tiempo tratando de animar a las personas 👍su personalidad y su carisma prende el ambiente 👏👏👏los restaurantes todo el personal muy amable en Oceanía la señorita Milagros fue muy gentil mi hermana tuvo un inconveniente y ella estuvo con nosotros hasta asegurarse que mi hermana estuviera bien y no necesitara asistencia médica !y en el Restaurante Bordeaux Manuel nos trató como reinas especialmente e cumpleaños de mi hermana y la chef Mercedes la mejor 👍es excelente en lo que hace todos los platillos que comimos fueron de lo mejor todas las noches que fuimos 😋😋😋en los bares todos los chico muy amable de todo corazón gracias a todos los que nos atendieron Dios les bendiga siempre 🤗"

"The staff was friendly and we appreciated being allowed to check in early. However, our overall experience was very disappointing. When we entered the room, it was quite dusty, and we ended up cleaning parts of it ourselves, including the bathroom and nightstands. The bathroom also had a strong sewage smell, which was very unpleasant. We had to run the water and flush the toilet multiple times just to somewhat reduce the odor. On top of that, the sink barely worked—only hot water came out, and even that was very minimal. We had to leave the sink running for nearly an hour to get any usable water. The following night, we requested new towels, but they were never delivered. We eventually had to go downstairs to get them ourselves. The in-room phone, which we were told we could use to call for assistance, did not work either. We also chose to eat at the hotel restaurant one evening, which led to additional issues. When paying, my sister and her friend were given incorrect information about the value of the currency and were shortchanged. Additionally, when we ordered the “menu of the day” for two consecutive days, we never received the included dessert. It was only when a different manager noticed and asked about it that we realized it had been missing both times. While the staff may be friendly, the overall quality of service, maintenance, and attention to deets needs massive improvements."
