"We didn't stay because it is what is shown in.the pictures. It is a run down place. Hope we will.get our refund. Thank you. This property information and pictures are misleading. It is totally run down place. Very shady looking full of garbage arround and people around are either drunk or high on something. "

"Front desk staff could have been more engaging when checking in. Breakfast was typical minus beef burgers vs a sausage, Ham or bacon. Was not typical. Pastry choices were very limited. It was nice and clean though. "

"Breakfast was good . Unfortunately we went through our first full day without hot water . This was really unacceptable. When staff contacted, we were told it is because of the amount of occupancy. I am sorrry but I have never stayed in any hotel or motel that did not have efficient amount of hot water for its possible max occupancy. And this was not a full occupancy timeframe. Room did not feel clean . Carpet does not look like it was cleaned in a long time . The bed : another issue. One side sagged , so you felt like you woul d fall out of the bed , and the other side was higher. If you are looking for a cheaper stay for a night and not bothered about these things , go ahead and stay here . Otherwise would look elsewhere … "

"The apartment is in a nice suburb of Pickering. The open concept flat was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen which served us well. Although in the basement, it was still very bright and felt roomy. The bed is section of with curtains which gave it a very comfortable feel, and a bit of privacy to anyone in there which was nice. Everything was very clean and confortable. The location worked well for us who were busy in the Scarborough area, but we also mad it into the city downtown without any issue. We loved it, and would stay again."

"The worst vacation rental I have ever stayed in. No check-in available was available. Upon contacting one landlord, I was pressured to accept staying at another property, which is a violation of Expedia/Vrbo policy. I declined, and upon entering the property I booked, found that there was no bed, and was once again pressured to accept another property. Upon accepting this new property, it was empty. I had to ask multiple times for proper bedding, after spending four days on a train from Vancouver. Landlords do not appear to understand the difference between a Vacation Rental and a Permanent Rental. I left the property after four days in order to find more suitable accomodation with respectable landlords, my attempts to come to terms with a refund were met with the silent treatment. Shame on the people who operate this slum, and the people that enable them."
