Our stay here was perfect. All staff were courteous, the rooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated, and the breakfast buffet was generous with multiple hot and cold food options. We'd happily stay here again.

The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpfull. The room was a little dated, but very clen. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast: good looking presentation, wylith good variety and excellent choices. I will definitely stay again if traveling to Markham.

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our party, The kitchen was perfect for a short stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout. Staff were friendly and attentive. The only issue was with the heating system, which was loud through the night, and unpredictable in terms of maintaining a consistent temperature.

The room was spacious and clean. Staffs were friendly. Just too bad that I was given a room right beside the elevator while I had made a special request to be away from the elevator. Therefore, I could hear people walking back and forth especially in the early morning. And it was very noisy on my second morning.
