"Hotel really catered to its guests. A/C in the rooms, lots of outlets which was very helpful, and the hotel bar allowed for water, soda, and alcohol to be easily accessible. The staff was so nice and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage and even bringing it right to the room for us before we got back from our adventures. The location was nice, more away from the touristy spots but near a beautiful overlook park and walking distance to train stations. Excited to go back!"

The welcoming started as soon as I booked, with staff contacting me about what they had to offer. They were concerned that we may not be able to manage the stairs with our luggage. "It is conveniently located between Dare du Nord and Gare de L’est and the staff is friendly and accommodating. These are the attributes. Though the facilities, especially the elevator and hallway lights, need significant upgrading, the room I had was clean and comfortable, sufficiently so that I slept well. It also included a few amenities, such ad a a well-stocked refrigerator with alcohol beverages."
