「Hotel really catered to its guests. A/C in the rooms, lots of outlets which was very helpful, and the hotel bar allowed for water, soda, and alcohol to be easily accessible. The staff was so nice and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage and even bringing it right to the room for us before we got back from our adventures. The location was nice, more away from the touristy spots but near a beautiful overlook park and walking distance to train stations. Excited to go back!」

「We had a great 2 night stay. The hotel had decent AC which really helped us get through the Paris heatwave. The Deluxe room is unusually spacious for Paris and was a big draw for us. The room was very clean, although the carpet looked a little worn. The bed wasn’t too soft. The room faced an inner courtyard and was very quiet. The location is very close to Canal Saint Martin which was buzzing and lively because of the heatwave. In that direction there is also a lot of good food - we tried...

「Clean & minimalist style room. There is filtered water dispenser in hotel, so nice, so clean. Also they offer complimentary snacks during happy hour, that's really a sweet treatment. The only downside is that they don't have rooms with twin beds.」

「The location of the hotel is actually very good, we were traveling form London by Eurostar, and without noticing it, the hotel is located in the walkable distance from the station, one thing to note is that there was one big stair on the way, may want to search for a path without stair if you are carrying heavy luggage. 「I ordered a Privilege room for one single person, but eventually I was assigned a two-bed room without bathtub. When I went to the staff and asked about this, they just responded “we cannot fulfill everyone’s requirement, it depends on what we have at the moment.” What made me sulky is their attitude, so cold and unfriendly. About paying the city tax, they were not willing to make change. I’ve been to Paris over 20 times and I have never met this situation. A hotel with this kind of reception...

「The bed is comfortable with a curtain. Checkin staff is friendly. However , the curtain has some marks on it. And the room door requires extra attention to ensure the door is knocked. I guess there is someone forgot to knock it on one day. And at that time , the room only has me. I just woke and I see someone open the door and close Immediately when I try to look at who wanted to enter the room!! 」
