“Everyone at the in the front desk was amazingly friendly. The hotel is in a great location, near shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance. Hotel was very clean, modern and have sparkling and still water available for guest at no cost, crazy right?!? Ishould always be free!! I would definitely stay at Tempo again.”

“We had to ask for soap for the shower, towels, pillows and blankets. And then we were told they were out of pillows, and took the soap out of another room. There was a used coffee pod still in the machine. Also, when leaving we had to ask for ice, they took us to the restaurant and proceeded to remove the ice with their bare hands. That was the only ice machine for the whole hotel. Ick!”

“Easy access to the room with a personal door code. Nice room, very vibrant and clean. Nice seating area just outside of room outdoors in front of the room as well as balcony area. Very good sized TV with plenty of apps for a variety of choices. Plenty of amenities in the area. Only downside is the room was advertised with a mini fridge but it did not have one.”

“Best value on edge of NULU. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Only hotel in area w. incl. breakfast. Numerous shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. My third stay. Will likely stay again. Two tips: no Starbucks in NULU, but Quills on Main has good coffee. And the Cuban rest. on Market is excellent.”

“The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in……

“We have stayed at the Brown multiple times a year for the past 5 years. The first seven times were fantastic. The past two times have been not been good, esp. our most recent trip. We asked for a room with a fridge (we always had one until our stay six months ago) and were told that the room didn’t have one but they’d send one to the room. Never arrived. When we checked out the next morning we informed the front desk staff of the oversight and were met with a attitude that made us feel like we……

“Our stay was a mix of positives and disappointments. Unfortunately, our experience started off on the wrong foot at check-in. The team member who assisted us overlooked the prepaid breakfasts included with our booking, which made the check-in process confusing and left a disappointing first impression. Breakfast itself was average. Our pancakes were served without syrup, and although we requested it, it took over 45 minutes—and an additional call to the front desk/kitchen—before it arrived. By……
