"The woman at the front desk set the tone for our entire stay with a warm welcome and the kind of thoughtful customer service that makes you feel like a regular on your first visit. We came over from Colorado Springs to meet friends from Germany before their flight home, and Grand Vista turned out to be a great spot to unwind together. We enjoyed a great meal at Oliver’s and drinks at the bar, then settled into an immaculate room for one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in ages. A solid hot breakfast the next morning rounded things out nicely, but that front desk welcome is what really stuck with us."
