「It was perfect for what I needed 」

「This property is an older, roomy home. However, it is clear that the host has expended effort and expense to provide a clean and comfortable stay. Communication and check-in in was excellent. The house is located on a somewhat active street, and the first impression could use a little facelift with some stone work and deck refinishing.」

「This was a nice place for the money. There were a couple of issues like the couch is broken (one side of the pull out bed is broken and has fallen to the floor making the cushions on that side sink in)and because of that very uncomfortable. And we had very bad water pressure in the bathroom especially the bathtub shower. The communication from the host was fine except I received a couple accusatory texts from them the first about if I was parked in the wrong spot when I hadn't even arrived yet....

「Lovely renovation and conversion. So many pretty details in decor. Well-stocked kitchen. Our only comments: if you are much over 6' tall, the shower is a challenge to maneuver in. My husband is 6'3", and he was bouncing around in there pretty good! Also, it was Saturday night, and traffic noise didn't abate until midnight, so bringing a good pair of wax earplugs would be smart.」

「What a cute spot. We loved how clean it was and how well stocked the pantry and coffee was. The place did smell upon arrival but we were able to open the window in the bathroom and the front door to air it out. It was easy to find and a good stay.」
