This may be your sweetest stay yet! Come and enjoy our newly renovated “Sweet Rose" cottage! No detail has been overlooked in the 225 sq ft space which feels surprisingly roomy when inside. Here you will find romantic and fun retro decor, luxurious linen bedding, a coffee/tea bar, a full kitchen, Wifi, views, a gorgeous yard and off-street parking! Walk to a local trailhead to Garden of the Gods, visit nearby Manitou Springs, and smile at the happy horses going by.

Great cottage! Full of pots, pans, appliances for cooking. They even provide necessities like seasonings & olive oil. Host was great, basically 24/7 open communication via text message.

Everything you really need for 2

The area is full of stuff to do outdoors so we weren't in the home much. But once we were inside it was extremely clean and had all the necessities. My boyfriend even was able to find a bandaid. The bed isnt quite a queen but really soft and comfortable. The coffee and creamer provided was perfect. The closeness to restaurants, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak made for a perfect long weekend. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect tiny place to rest while you explore

This is a wonderful tiny hole to rest your head and feet after a long day of hiking or exploring maitou/Colorado Springs. The location was wonderful close to everything. Very close to a walking trail into garden of the gos short drive the downtown manitou. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked. Shower was tiny but high pressured and worked well. Would have liked one or two more pillows for the bed but I also didn't ask the host if there were any extras hidden anywhere.

Sweetest stay . Woke up to the most beautiful view of Pikes Peak, had coffee out front watching the horses go by from the riding academy. The cottage was perfect for 2 in a lovely neighborhood! The cottage was close to EVERYTHING!

Simple and cozy

My husband and I were in town to hike the manitou incline over a short weekend. This was the perfect little spot to stay and rest as we did not really need any extras. We saw the horses from the Academy Riding Stables going by several times a day, and ended up booking a last minute ride. We were able to walk from the little home to the stables. There’s also deer roaming the streets, they don’t seem to mind us

Colorado Springs cottage

Perfect area for our visit. Very close to the Manitou Springs area. The cottage was very small and clean. There are other rentals on the property but everyone was very quiet. Nice stay.

Very cute just not a lot of room.

It’s very cute but not a lot of room to relax. Felt like we had to leave, or go out back to have room to stretch out. Like the other visitor the shower is quite small. Not trying to say anything bad because it is cute and clean just not enough room for us. I would definitely check into one of the larger units.

Perfect spot for our short stay in the area. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Garden of the Gods. Cottage had everything we needed including a great outdoor space.

Quiet. The only difficulty was the shower. I have broud shoulders and it was not easy taking a shower. Too small! Air conditioner was right on top of the bed. No lock on the screen door. I would definitely stay here again.
