Roof over our heads
When we arrived, there were paper towels taped to the bathroom window, I stepped on broken glass on the kitchen floor, there was a kitchen cabinet that was falling off the wall, the bathroom shower head was constantly drizzling water, we had to mop up the floor. There were several pieces of trash behind the loveseat and the "encircled privacy fence" did not have a gate, just an opening for my dog to get out into the street. 3 out of the 5 TVs did not work. Incorrect instructions for the AC units, said to plug them in, nowhere were there directions to vent the hot air, my husband was able to piece together the vents including using a cutting board and a piece of cardboard to block the window so we can vent the hot air.
The property management had very quick email responses, and a service man came the next day, only to fix the cabinet and put blinds up in the bathroom. He did not tend to our other concerns.
The 3rd day I received an email saying they were concerned about our other issues. I was told they would dispatch someone right away. We waited all day and no one came.
The beds were comfortable and clean, and there was ample parking in the driveway. This mediocre property gave us a place to live while we were waiting to close on our new house. Unfortunately I will be unable to recommend this property to anyone.
