Great value and extra amenities

This was a great home for our family. The price was competitive and there were so many extras that my family enjoyed using i.e. hot tub, sauna, pool table, sled, etc. This was conveniently located within 15min drive from Colorado Springs and had nearby groceries and restaurants.

Family Thanksgiving

We traveled to Colorado Springs to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. The house was perfect. Plenty of room, comfortable and felt like home. The kitchen was set up for hosting, and there was plenty to do - from relaxing in the hot tub to playing pool or foosball, to relaxing in front of the fire. We had a wonderful time and this home was the perfect place to stay.

5 stars for a reason!

I can’t rave about this property enough! Stayed here for 8 nights and we didn’t want to leave. There is so much room to spread out and lots of activities. This property also comes equip with 98% of what you might need and the kitchen was a dream to cook in. The property manager was very quick to respond to my concerns (nothing major) and made sure we have the perfect stay. Needless to say we really enjoyed ourselves and plan to stay again the next time we are in town!

Family gathering

The house is lovely and has lots of space for big groups. Unfortunately, the large couch shown in the picture of the family room has been replaced by one that is half the size with no other furniture in the room. Aside from that, the listing was accurate. The house was clean with plenty of towels and nice linens. We also enjoyed the hot tub, foosball table, and pool table. It was too cold to enjoy the ping pong table in the garage.

Super Fun Property!

This house was very comfortable, and offers lots of extras! Whether you want to relax in the sauna or hot tub or enjoy a game of pool or ping pong with friends & family. There are several tv's in various rooms as well as an open kitchen for cooking and visiting. We really enjoyed our stay here, and highly recommend :)

The place was great except the kitchen was dirty, a tall chair at the kitchen counter had a missing screw holding a leg on and almost collapsed when sat on, and one bar of a double bar towel rack dropped on my daughter while she sat on the toilet. Definitely the place needs the ince over by a good handyman. The chair situation is dangerous and could result in a lawsuit.

Great find

We were visiting for USAFA graduation (mostly adults and young adults). The description does not do this property justice. All bedrooms are upstairs , one step to get into the home and one step to get into the living area (consideration for mobility issues). Keyless entry, spacious garage. Master was massive, with sitting area, sofa and 2 large wall in closets and extra large bathroom. Extremely clean and well supplied with linen. Great home for entertaining and keeping busy (hot tub, pool table, Foosball, downstairs area). Although the sofa size was awesome, I did recommend getting new sofas due to sinking too low and lack of support. Need are relatively firm of that's an issue for you. Management was very communicative and responsive.
