A little quirky but clean and nice. Probably dueto my computer illiteracy, had a little difficulty with the door lock. Didn't find a washing machine and towel racks or towel hangers would be nice in the nursery bedroom.

This was supposed to be a work trip turned vacation for my family and I. We drove to Colorado Springs, found the VRBO location and that's where it ended. This "house" was multiple dwellings and we had no idea which "house" was ours. We had no specifics in the details provided to know which place we were to stay in. So, I tried contacting the host MULTIPLE times over a 30 minute period to no avail. He never answered texts, phone calls, or messages in the VRBO app. After we tried to find the correct dwelling, even with the help of another person who was stayin in another dwelling there, we decided to stay in an area hotel for the week. I did call VRBO corporate, explained the situation, and they gave us a full refund. Because, when they tried calling the host, they couldn't get a hold of him either. I think VRBO is a cool company and the customer service was awesome from corporate, but if you want to stay at this location, then I would contact the host and ask for specifics and a reliable contact number before you arrive. On the bright side, the place was in a good locatioon for Colorado Springs sights.
