A very clean cozy place...good location.Only drawback was with the heat, there was not enough A/C to handle the heat even with the fan. May consider a small A/C unit in the window over the kitchen sink. Other than dealing with the heat...an enjoyable stay.

We knew we were staying at a budget location but found several items needing attention.Window was unlocked when we checked in.Had to walk through knee high weeks to access back gate.Car door opened onto overgrown vines.Air conditioner ran 24/7 and was so close to the TV we couldn't watch it.Shower runs over so bad that the host left extra floor towels to soak up excess.Knob in shower fell off when you used it.Back patio was unusable with vines and trash.We had to come home a day early because of a minor emergency and asked for a one day refund. The host has refused to even respond.
