  • Ultimate Colorado Springs vacation neighborhood! Stratton Open Space just out the back of the property. The best hiking and biking trails in the area.
    Fully furnished 1,212 sq. ft. Cheyenne Cañon Cabin. Two bedroom, one bath, two story place. Keyless lock on front door. Relaxing deck is 4-20 friendly.
    The main level has a living room which is equipped with a 50" flat-screen HD TV, DVD player, cable TV and free high speed internet Wi-Fi throughout the house.
    Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials: a refrigerator, electric stove, dish washer, microwave oven, coffee maker, plates and dishes, utensils, blender, crockpot and all the essential housewares plus a gas grill just outside the kitchen door.
    Main level bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and a desk. Bathroom has a shower, nice-sized vanity, several mirrors and towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
    Lower level has a bedroom with a queen bed, family room with a 40inch flat-screen TV and DVD player, and laundry room with washer, dryer and all the essentials. NOTE: THE LOWER LEVER CEILING HEIGHT IS 6 FT 2 INCHES.
    This property is located next to The Stratton Open Space, which includes many miles of hiking and biking. North Cheyenne Cañon offers rock climbing. Only 4 blocks from the World-renowned Broadmoor Hotel.
    PLEASE... NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOUSE. Smoking permitted on deck and outside ONLY; 4-20 friendly.
    WARNING; there is a strong possibility of seeing wildlife in the neighborhood and on the property. Deer pass through the area regularly, as well as bear and other wildlife.

Lovely host. Great to work with him. The property is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed for making meals. We enjoyed the visitors while sitting on the deck!

We lived this property for our trip to Colorado Springs. The location was conveniently located close to all the places we wanted to visit. It was clean and well maintained along with being well stocked with items we needed for cooking and grilling as well as being able to do a load of laundry before heading home. The beds were comfortable and had a nice bathroom. We appreciated having cable and wifi for relaxing evenings in. Highly recommend!

Steve was great to work with when we needed to adjust our itinerary. The property is in a great location with easy access to outdoor activities and shopping. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 (including our late teenage kids).

This house was such a blessing for us. The location is great and the walking trails around are just lovely. Just a few blocks from the Broadmoor makes it so lovely to go visit. We also were very close to our son at Fort Carson. It is an older house, but we would definitely rent it again! Very cozy and all the amenities are provided. Tons of towels and extras!

Clean and well stocked. Appreciated that there was plenty of coffee, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There was very little we needed to purchase. House was comfortable and location was convenient.

Just what we needed

Good location close to all the attractions we wanted to go to. Everything was clean. It was nice to be close to the Stratton Open Space because we could take a peaceful hike in the evenings.

We had a great stay at the property. Great location, yet was peaceful and easy to get to the Broadmoor, AFA and to the rivers for some fly fishing in the afternoon. Check in and check out very easy. Thanks!

Great location to check out Colorado Springs. House was clean. Walked from house to Open Space and was able to watch 4rh of July fireworks from all over CS and beyond. Son complained about low ceilings downstairs (but that's what he gets for being 6'1). Enjoyed our stay here.

Great place to stay and convenient to all areas.

Steve was a great host. The property was clean, bed comfortable, and water pressure great. It is not fancy but it is everything you will need for a long weekend or entire week seeing Colorado Springs and exploring the surrounding area.

While it was more in town and had closer neighbors than what we expected based on the pictures, the home was very clean and had the ammenities listed. Easy to check in and quick communication as needed.

First time in Colorado Springs

The place was very nice, had everything we needed and was so close to so many things to do. The property manager was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. Seeing all the deer so up close in the yard was amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Such a wonderful location!

The house was a perfect size and such a quiet neighborhood. It was our base location while we exploded Colorado and it was amazing. We spent time after our days sitting on the porch and enjoyed the stars and even the nature trails behind the home. Most definitely a place we will be coming back and Steve is a great host!

Green space out back door for hiking, biking, etc. beautiful!! Lots of wildlife - deer and bunnies right in the yard. House was very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Owner great! Wonderful trip!

Great Space for Couples/Small Friend/Family Group

Our stay was amazing. The cleanliness was never an issue & everything worked great! We loved sitting out on the patio when we were relaxing because it was quiet and peaceful. If you’re looking to hike or ride a bike, the trails located behind the house were perfect and easily accessible. We also got to see several deer passing through. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous and quaint. Love the wildlife. It’s a definitely sight to take in seeing a bear up close and personal besides that’s the closest I think you can get besides the zoo. Peaceful night take your breath away. Sounds of the bells going off every hour. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place to say.. Our host is amazing prompt friendly makes you feel welcome. Quick walk to Broadmoor

I picked this property due to location as I had a conference at the Broadmoor. This property is within walking distance to the Broadmoor. The host was easy to contact and communicate with. Furnishings are a little outdated but comfortable. Ceiling in basement/basement bedroom is a tad low if you are on the taller side.
