Welcome to a peaceful retreat tucked into one of Colorado Springs’ most loved neighborhoods. Just down the road from the historic Broadmoor and minutes from downtown, this one-bedroom cottage offers a quiet place to land after days spent exploring the mountains.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable, thoughtfully furnished space. The bedroom includes a king-sized bed designed for deep, restful sleep. The bathroom has a tub-shower combo, giving you options whether you want to recharge with a quick rinse or soak after a long hike.

This home is one of two on the property and has its own private entrance and dedicated parking. It’s an easy, low-key setup so you can settle in and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.

The best of Cheyenne Canyon is right outside. Wander to scenic trails, discover waterfalls and rock formations, or treat yourself to the restaurants and amenities at the Broadmoor. Everything feels close, yet the cottage remains a quiet place to unwind.

Rocky Mountain Rest

The entire check-in process was smooth. Our host was able to let us access the property earlier in the day as our flight to Denver arrived in the morning. The kitchen was set up so that we made a hot breakfast every morning. This property is perfectly located near Garden of The Gods, Manitou Springs, the Broadmoor and is close enough to I-25 for getting to other points of interest.

Cozy cottage. Very close to the sight seeing that we wanted to take in…..Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and the Cliff Dwellings. The beautiful wildlife at the cottage was a lovely surprise. Would definitely rent the cottage again.

The cottage is charming and very comfortable with a nice big living room, leather chairs and couches, a big tv, etc.The location is convenient to the mountains and the Broadmoor, and there is a nice front porch. The view from the porch, is not inspiring (it's of the neighbor's fence) but other than that, this place is great and the owners are too.

Stop in Colorado Springs

We are doing a month long road trip and stayed here while in C Springs. We found it a great little place to relax and regroup before moving on. The house was cozy and the neighborhood was quiet. Also it was pretty close to all attractions. I would highly recommend.
