You'll love the hot tub, outdoor hang out space, wide selection of board games, in house washer and dryer, fully fenced and landscaped backyard, and full kitchen. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this 4 bed, 2 bath home has plenty of space for your whole family to spread out and unwind. You'll be just minutes from Garden of the Gods, hiking trails, downtown, Old Colorado City, and many other attractions.

Fab Five Visit to CS

We had a great time on our girls trip… the location is great, so close to Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Easy access to I-25, too. The place is really nice, updated and hot tub was great after we spent time hiking.

Excellent property close to all Colorado Springs things

We were on a quick trip to see the sights and hike our way down from Boulder to Colorado Springs. Family of four stayed 2 nights in this house and it was the best experience we’ve had in years. It’s clearly a full time rental property but the owners put in that little extra effort that made it a great stop: plenty of paper goods, spare toiletries, no ridiculous demands, usb/outlets in every bedroom, dressers in every bedroom, lots of glassware, laundry detergent, extra towels, board games and lawn games. The neighborhood is residential and pretty quiet. Grocery store and lots of restaurants are only a few minutes away. Less than 20 minutes to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak Railway and other touristy destinations. Kitchen is well equipped and modern. Hot tub is great. The house is small with 2 of the bedrooms in the basement but if you are spending all your time in the house you are probably seeing Colorado Springs the wrong way. Zero hesitation in my 5 star review. Thanks for a great stop.

Perfect residential home in a quiet neighborhood close to everything Colorado Spring and the surrounding area has to offer. Host has the house set up with the amenities you need and communication was very clear.

Colorado Springs Top Tourist Attractions

This house is located within 10-15 minutes of all the top tourist attractions for Colorado Springs: Seven Falls, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds. Close to restaurants and the grocery store. The house was perfect size for our family of five. The kids loved being in the basement. We all enjoyed the backyard and hot tub each night. The house and kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. There is no Mountain view and the street it’s on is not the nicest, but it’s a quiet neighborhood and you are close to everything. The host was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable convenience

The house has been nicely updated and has comfy furniture. The neighborhood is quiet. Location is convenient to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and other attractions. Shopping is nearby for groceries. We appreciated the quick response from the host when we had questions. Easy check in and check out. We would stay here again.

Great landing zone for Pikes Peak Ascent and Marathon

This property for our group well. Having the ability to cook a healthy meal at home the night before our race was a bonus. Having the hot tub for post race recovery was fantastic as well. Ample towels were provided and the property was very clean. Great Stay!
