Cute cozy cottage style duplex

The house is located in the beautiful Black Forest. You will enjoy being in the quiet country setting , while being only 15 minutes drive to great restaurants , shopping and the air force academy. The Black Forest park hiking trail is only 5 minutes walk from your front door. The main house has a hobby farm with horses , chickens , turkeys and dogs . The animals ( apart from a few naughty chickens ) do not have access to the VRBO. Fresh eggs will be provided daily!

Perfect over night stay
This cozy little cottage is exactly how it’s described! Lisa did an amazing job communicating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Very clean. This was the perfect getaway for a little one on one time with my daughter!

Outstanding stay! If possible, I'll be back!
I've stayed in several VRBOs in the Monument & Palmer Lake area. This one is easily my favorite. The property is in a more rural area (which I prefer) and reminds me of a small farm. The farm-fresh eggs and fresh garden vegetables are a definite plus! The hostess was wonderful. She was attentive and thoughtful. On my first night I arrived much later than I planned (near midnight). I reached out to ahead of time to let her know and she provided even more detailed directions and made sure I would be able to find and enter the property when I got there. She was quite responsive when I had questions. I appreciated that she checked in with me occasionally to see if everything was okay or if I had any questions. The next time I visit the Monument/CO Springs/Palmer Lake area, this will be the first property I check for availability for my stay!

I loved this cottage! Lisa, the host, was so nice and made our stay so enjoyable! The cottage had everything we needed and so much more! I can't see how anyone would ever regret staying here! So peaceful and still so close to everything. We will definitely stay again!
