Whether you're visiting the US Air Force Academy or Colorado College, catching a game at Wagner Stadium, celebrating a special occasion, or visiting the beautiful views of Colorado, you're just moments away. Take a leisurely stroll to Tejon Street, the bustling entertainment hub, or walk to many of the nearby parks. Plus, with easy access to the interstate, exploring nearby attractions like Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods is a breeze.

    Step inside our spacious retreat designed to accommodate large groups with ease. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeping arrangements for up to 16+ guests, including 6 beds and 2 sleeper couches, there's room for everyone. Celebrate with the whole group in a space with seating up to 20 guests, or unwind in the cozy living room equipped with smart TVs and fast WiFi. Relax on the front porch swing or grill out in the backyard while enjoying the mountain breeze. Parking is a breeze with space for up to 7 vehicles, ensuring convenience for all guests.
    Your comfort is our priority, with original wood floors, high ceilings, and tasteful furnishings combining Victorian elegance with modern amenities. From the claw-foot soaking tub to the fully equipped kitchen and wine cellar, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to enhance your stay.

    Mobility and Elderly accommodations are available. We will install a ramp upon request. The main floor has all the essentials with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living room.

The house is fabulous! Turn of the century style with great decor and modern conveniences blended in. The host was wonderful, helpful, welcoming and available if needed. The location is perfect for accessing many activities and restaurants in Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. Great vacation! Stayed here for a month and enjoyed every minute.

Charming and large Victorian getaway

The property is gorgeous, with plenty of supplies and a large kitchen if you want to stay in to eat. The rooms themselves were all spacious and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend if you're looking for a unique place to stay.

Senior Open Trip

Beautiful historic home in downtown Colorado Springs. We stayed with 5 couples. We golfed Patty Jewett on Thursday and attended the Senior Open on Friday. This home has a beautiful porch to sit out on after a full day of activities.

Great location

great location to get to all of the nearby attractions. House was perfect for the five of us. The house was big enough for us all to have our own space. We LOVED the front porch and spent many hours swinging, people watching and enjoying the weather. The kitchen is furnished well. We fixed several meals and enjoyed eating in the dining room area. Would definitely stay here again.

Historic and Unique for Family Reunion

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect so close to downtown restaurants, shops and the beautiful Monument Valley Park. Very easy to park and walk. The kitchen was well equipped for a large group. We loved the front porch and everyone liked the swings. We did have trouble with the internet not working though.

Conveniently located

We had a nice family visit. Made a fun return trip to all the little mountain towns and had lunch at our favorite The Historic Ute Inn in Woodland Park. My husband is handicapped and our only issue was a loose handrail out front. Everything was nice and cozy! We all relaxed and had a blast.

Excellent location, perfect for our stay

House is in a very convenient location: walking distance to many places in Colorado Springs. Plenty of bedrooms, space, and areas to relax. Enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evenings. GREAT host - very clear communication throughout. Also, one in our group left a wallet behind at checkout, and the host found it and messaged immediately. Met us a week later when we came back through town and returned it. Really great experience, would highly recommend.

Was largely as advertised. Clean, easy check in, and walkable to local restaurants. Beds comfortable. Notes: Guests that have difficulty with stairs should consider an alternative option. Three of five bedrooms share a single bathroom. Oven does not seem to cook efficiently.
