The Space:

Welcome to your Victorian escape, a beautifully restored gem perfect for group getaways, special occasions, and corporate retreats. This charming property consists of two unique living spaces: the Main House with its classic elegance and the Detached Loft, offering a private retreat for additional guests. Whether you're gathering with family, celebrating with friends, or hosting a work retreat, this expansive property provides the perfect blend of comfort, style, and historical charm.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
