The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Old Colorado City! As you step into this updated 1800 sqft duplex, you'll be greeted by the entire main level, with a private entrance and tons of great amenities.



♨️Please note that the hot tub is currently under maintanance and is not available for guest use. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please enjoy the other amazing amenities this house has to offer, including the BBQ grill, fire pit, and cornhole in the shared backyard.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🏠 Duplex Details: This is one unit of a duplex. Both units are rented out, so please be respectful of the other guests and mindful of noise. You will have your entire private space, including a private backyard. However, the hot tub area is shared with the other guests and is the only shared space.



🔇 Shared Space Etiquette

Since this is an upper-unit duplex, please be considerate of the guests in the lower unit. The property layout ensures privacy while promoting a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.
