Front desk disappears to back room too often Breakfast spread was poor. Hard boiled eggs and bread. Waffles were available to bake. We have been spoiled by the Flagstaff LaQuinta breakfast and judge all breakfast’s by their standard. Room carpet was damp. For some reason there seemed to be too few electrical outlets for the room.

Property was not well kept, floors were dirty, bathroom was dirty, door frame was broken. Beds were very old and sunken in! Poorly kept and not clean. Staff was helpful friendly and attentive.

It was in a decent area with dining options close by. The vibe in the lobby was good. We enjoyed having breakfast in the morning there. The staff was super nice and helpful. My husband had dropped his phone and a kind guest returned it to the front desk and they got it to us right away. We had a good view from our window. And all in all it was fine. They only drawbacks were it needs updating badly, the sink and bath drained slowly, and it seems not sparkling clean which i believe is mostly because it needs updating. All we really care about when we travel are clean sheets and a clean bed to sleep in, we dont spend much time at the hotel. One more thing, our flights were delayed over 10 hours. I called them and let them know we would not be in until the next day. When we arrived it was no problem and we checked right in.

Conveniently near event I was attending. Access to dining and entertainment options is convenient. Noise from hallway was a concern. I was hoping the swimming pool was available year round however it is seasonal & closed during my stay.

I like how comfortable this hotel is. So comfortable that I don’t even like leaving my room. Every time I’m in Colorado Springs, I choose this property because they never let me down. Check-in is always quick and easy. I think I will make a trip just to stay here again.

The area surrounding the property was nice. The room was old, outdated, and not the cleanest. The heater did not work so it was unpleasant with the weather in the 30's and 40's. The complimentary breakfast was not worth them advertising. I would not choose to stay there again unless there were no other options

Think twice. Only if you are desperate or …
I wish they would charge just a little more to make some upgrades. Corners were pretty dirty and the carpet was spotted all over. When we walked into the room at first there was a slight sewer smell. Had to go buy some air freshener. The sink was peeling away from the countertop and the toilet handle needed some adjustment. It was pretty easy to hear our neighbors. The front door was about half an inch short all around making light around all edges and you could see shadows of people walking down the hall. The elevator looked and smelled like someone peed on the door. I’m good not going back. The sheets were super thin and you could see the mattress lining. No bed skirts to his the box springs.

Do NOT stay here!
Many stains on the carpet, homeless came in for breakfast, blood on the mattress cover, hair all over bathroom, vomit appearing substance on wall by the toilet, another guest's dog barked incessantly, harassed by homeless woman for a ride upon arrival. Overall disgusted by our stay!

The actual hotel building was nothing spectacular but the staff is what made it. Literally everyone from front desk to maintenence to housecleaning was great. Its a decent hotel that was clean and safe but truly, the helpful and considerate staff is the reason we will return.

Twice in a row, the bed spread on my wife's bed was filthy. This time it appeared to have feces on it... There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in the room. I went to the front desk to request one. "We don't have any" was the answer. I had to make one out of a piece of paper...
