Our hostess was amazing and responsive to our needs. The location was clean and quaint. There is a bit of traffic noise that doesn't get drowned out well with the bedroom right near the street, but not anything anyone can really do about that. So, those who aren't heavy sleepers, you may want to bring some earplugs or white noise. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Communication was good, but the AC did not work, didn’t get less than 85 in there. Wasps everywhere, spiders inside, a whole bunch of cigarette butts in the fire pit outside.

Cute little cottage in a great location

We enjoyed this small cottage; it was centrally located for CO & Manitou Springs, good full kitchen and fenced yard for our dog. It was a good size for the 2 of us for our stay. Would stay here again!
