Very nice and comfortable place to stay. I'd even say 'plush' and well decorated. Quite festive for the 250th Independence Day! Nice neighborhood. The host was very easy to communicate with. We happened to met her outside and she was great .Would 100% stay again if we're back in the area.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Since the rental is located beneath the main home, communication with the host was incredibly easy, and any reasonable request was handled promptly. We visited during an especially hot stretch, and the host thoughtfully had a swamp cooler already set up and running for us, which made a huge difference. She also added such a personal touch by leaving a sweet handwritten welcome note and a thoughtful welcome setup that made us feel right at home. The rental itself was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Parking was private, convenient, and hassle-free.Overall, this was a comfortable, welcoming stay with an attentive host who truly cares about her guests. Highly recommended! No idea why people mentioned issues with the mattress they are new
