Perfect 2 Bedroom for Getaways and Remote Work or School!

Close to all the great attractions, this house will immediately make you feel right at home when you walk through the door! The Cottage at The Woodburn Bungalows is a turn-of-the century, renovated home and has everything you need to feel cozy and comfortable. The bathroom is beautifully renovated with heated floors.

This cozy home is uniquely designed with interesting nooks and bedrooms that you will find super charming! The main floor features the bathroom, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, all the necessary utensils, cookware, a large selection of spices and complimentary coffee, creamer, sweetener, and tea. Follow the stairs leading to the laundry room and garden level bedroom. The lower bedroom has French doors that open onto the patio and nicely landscaped backyard.

A washer and dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, an iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

We are pet-friendly and accept up to two small to medium-sized dogs! For special situations, please get approval from us before booking. Thank you.

This home is the perfect getaway for family vacations, friend getaways, business/conference events at The Broadmoor, and other events such as The Fallen Fireman Memorial. Great place and location

This is a great property close to the Broadmoor. Hosts were very responsive. Rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. Great to have full kitchen and washer/dryer. Parking works well also for 2 vehicles. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Quirky cabin in a great location

We loved staying in this quirky cabin. It is centrally located and easy to hop on the freeway to be able to explore many great spots in Colorado Springs. It is also close to some fun bars/restaurants.

Great little place amazing backyard

Super Quiet

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to attend a skating event at the World Arena, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! The home was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. Best dog-friendly rental ever

The location is within minutes of numerous fun things to see and do as well as places to dine. Many nice quality touches throughout the home, particularly the well equipped kitchen. Back yard was perfect for our dog, who enjoyed his best vacation ever.

Cozy Cottage is just that!

This cottage was the perfect place. We traveled to Colorado Springs for our nephew’s wedding at the Broadmoor which was so close. In addition, however, we were so centrally located to the Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, the Manitou Incline, Pikes Peak Cog Railroad, Downtown Old Colorado City, Downtown Manitou Springs, Downtown Colorado Springs which we took advantage of. The cottage was clean, comfortable, quiet, enjoyed the backyard and the fact it was fenced in. We also walked to the Ivy School Brewery which was a plus. The neighborhood was walkable for exercising our dog. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and equipped with everything. This was our first trip out west from PA and we were so fortunate to be located so close to so many attractions. Thank you for hosting us.

Comfy Clean Cottage

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 HS age teens) had a great stay at the cottage. We were visiting Colorado College for our older son but this ended up being so much more than a college visit trip! The location of the cottage is in perfect for eating out, nice walks and hopping onto the highway to go visit the garden of the gods and Manitou Springs. The accommodations are super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it!

Great stay in Co Springs

This little house is an adorable little cottage with a very nice yard that the kids and dog loved to play in. The house was clean and well kept and had AC units in the main area and the upstairs bedroom which was a very nice addition. One thing of note, the driveway is a tight squeeze for a full-size pickup and there is limited space to turnaround if the front house/unit is in use and those parking spaces are occupied.

Cottage in Colorado springs

This cottage is very cute, beautiful yard, location close to Broadmoor and Cheyenne Zoo, but also close to downtown which is sadly deteriorating, but they have great restaurants and shopping in case you want to venture out. The house doesn't have central air, but small portable AC units. It gets warm. But the cottage is exactly as described on VRBO. Enough space for two people comfy and cozy. Beautiful kitchen and good WiFi. I enjoyed it! Will book again!
