We had a decent stay. Things that could be involved: better quality pillows. The pillows flatten out as soon as you lay on it. The pool was supposed to be heated up to 82 degrees but it never got warmer than 60-70’s. The soundproofing could be better. We could hear other people knocking on doors or talking in the hallway.

It was fine. Our room was nice and updated. We must have been right next to the kitchen because we could hear everything including people just outside our window and bass from music at 630am. The heater also made a horrible squealing all night. Pool.was far away and just ok. Breakfast was fine. Staff was nice

The only comment I have is that when we got to the hotel they had no record of our reservation. She had to call Travelocity. Same with the reservation we have for 10 days from now.

Great place but don’t rely on the shuttle
We got stuck in Colorado Springs due to weather and this hotel gave us the comfort we needed on a stressful day. Friendly staff, nice room, good food, and comfortable bed. The only issue was we booked a shuttle for the airport and the driver never showed up. We ended up taking an Uber.
