This property was great for what I needed. Brought some family with me on a work trip and it was very comfortable. Spacious enough for a bigger group needing separate bedrooms. We saw deer in the backyard and a black bear in the OpenSpace just west of the home. Very cool! Great host. Clean house

The house is perfect for our needs. We visit our son at USAFA occasionally and he likes to get off base. The house is in a perfect location, a nice area, with quick access to shopping, dining, and attractions. It is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The kitchen has all needed items, coffee was available, and many condiments, spices, and essentials were available. The walking trails are very nice. The host was prompt in response to questions. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Fun times

We had a great time. Close to everything and a beautiful view of Piles Peak. We lived in the Springs for 8 years back in the 90s. It was so wonderful to be back in the city for an extended weekend!

Tennessee to Colorado

Our family of 8 stayed very comfortably, enjoying back patio, grill, & firepit. All kitchen amenities, beds, furniture were great. Only -* is bedroom floors over basement bedroom squeak. Probably hard to fix. Overall a nice home away from home.

Pleasant Stay

We came into town to watch the Air Force v Navy game and it was close to the AF Academy, less than 15 minutes away, which was perfect. Neighborhood was quiet and house came with plenty of amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to find seven deer on the front yard one afternoon. We enjoyed playing cards on the large dining table while watching the baseball game on the large screen tv. The reclining seats were comfortable too! Would definitely return for another visit.

Family visit to a new cadet

Clean, easy to access, great communication with host. Location was great for groceries, house had everything we needed for cooking and grilling our meals. We stayed in and cooked meals for our cadet to really relax. The setup with open kitchen, eating, and TV was perfect for a fall weekend together. Outdoor space was a little worn and tricky for older people to get around on, but deck table and chairs were fine to relax at. Nice area for walks and access to some trails within a bit of walking distance. Hosts were great to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. Was a great place for our family to stay and enjoy time together!
